Terms of Service are subject to change.
The Client must read, understand and agree to all the terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist.
By sending payment, the Client agrees to the listed terms.

* Must be over the age of 18 to Commission Adult Art.
*If You lie about your age you will be Black Listed from future commissions.

General / Process

• Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.• Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided if there is one. If client cannot provide, then they will be turned away.• The Artist may use different textured brushes, backgrounds, shading styles or even style on commissions.
If you’d like something specific (clean lines, certain kind of background/style) the Client must state this before-hand.• The Artist tends to start and complete a commission in a single go, so WIPs will not be available unless client requests them.• The Artist will not always work on commissions in the order they receive them. If the Client feels that they have been forgotten they are encouraged to contact the Artist.• The Artist does NOT give out .psd or .sai files. If the client requires edits to their commission, they have 24 hours to request so.• If the commission the client inquires about has a deadline, they are to mention when the deadline is first. If the deadline is tight it may effect the price of the commission. The Client is to make sure they are easy to get in contact with in case artist needs to contact you quickly.

Payments

• When Sending an Inquiry for a Commission Client must state whether they are looking for a quote or getting a commission.• If Client states they will be getting a commission but stops communication with out stating that they do not want to follow through or do not have funds, they will be Black Listed.• Payments must be made upfront before commission is started. If a sketch is requested, then half the price will be payed first and the other half after seeing the sketch.• When inquiring about a commission and are confirmed for payment, you must send payment with in a 24 hour window.• If the artwork is finished before final payments are made, the Client will not receive the original image of the commission until final payments are made.

Refunds

• If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the final stage they will not be issued a refund.• The Artist will not give refunds on completed works. If you are unsatisfied I can offer changes to your commission.• Only partial refund will be given if I have started work on your commission.• The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to communicate in effective English.• If the commissioner has sold the character being used for a commission and is no longer usable, refunds are not available for the commission once past the lining stage. A new character may be used in its place but edits to the line-art may cost extra.

Communication

• It is the Clients job to keep in contact with the Artist.• The Artist ensures the Client will receive updates on commission when necessary.• If you do not respond within 48 hours it will result in you losing your commission slot, adoptable or auction win.• Occasionally things come up and your commission might take a bit longer than expected.
If this happens I will be sure to contact you about it.

Revisions

• Clients must not be vague and then expect the artist to edit the final product a bunch of times.• The Artist will charge a small revision fee; for any edits, at the fault of the client.• The Artist will do any revisions; no cost, at their own fault.• The Artist will make minor edits to a piece ONCE after showing the final product, and the change requests must be made within 24 hours of your commission being completed/posted. Large edits might include extra fees.

Reposting My Artwork

• You may repost art you have commissioned from me to your own personal sites and galleries with proper credit and links to me.• You may repost art that you obtained from a character resale that I have done to your own personal sites and galleries with proper credit and links to me.• You may NOT repost any of my own personal works any where without credit. You may ask me for direct permissions (I may not agree.)

Character Designs/Adopt

• You may resell designs you have bought from me At The Price At Which You Bought Them At or Less. If they come with extra art and the artist is ok with it, you may resell for more than originally purchased.• You may include the price of artwork in a resale of a character you have. You may only Add the price you Paid at the time and NOT the prices I currently have.• You may purchase commercial rights to any of my character designs for future profits.
